I will be able to continue to increase business relationships with more external stake holders to further help and supporting the quality of care in this sector.

The current level of operations requires business management across internal and external stake holders, support and development, infrastructure management, growth and business development. Birch Healthcare Services supports all providing health care.

Interviewing prospective staff, filing documentation.

Marketing and targeting for new business, supporting providers

Working within the health and social care sector for over 25 years has provided me with an extensive knowledge of the health industry., recruiting and interviewing selecting appropriate staff. I perform appraisals and supervisions on existing staff. This ensures that they are happy with the amount and type of work offered. Gives them the opportunity to voice any concerns and to request any training that they feel they would like or need.

We are responsible for allocating shifts to all birch staff a week. I create rotas this requires good planning, organization skills and accurate documentation. This all involves working under pressure to meet deadlines.

We match all healthcare skills to several suppliers and all the secure units at John Munroe Hospital Group .
We are also a provider to the other Establishments throughout Staffordshire .and the north west, Cheshire area.

Recruitment and Training and Retention of Staff according to the company policies and procedures and legal requirement.
