Biju launched in London in 2014 with our first shop in Soho. Since the beginning, our mission has always been to take bubble tea to the next level. This meant crafting higher quality drinks, using truly freshly brewed tea and real fresh organic milk. We offer a simpler menu and better customer experience, with fairer pricing and championing vegan options as a priority, not an afterthought. And of course being the best bubble tea brand to work for.

As a new and relatively small bubble tea company we need to bring in both long time fans of bubble tea, as well as welcome bubble tea first-timers. As we continue to grow, we are now looking for amazing team members to join us on our journey

This position will require a flexible schedule especially on the weekends as that's when we're busiest. The more available and flexible you can be, the better! In the application form, please go into detail letting us know what times you are usually available each day of the week for work. Please check each stores opening times, but our earliest shifts start at 9am and our latest shifts end at 1am, depending on store location and day. Availability to work one or two shifts over the weekend (Fri,Sat,Sun) is important. As with most retail/hospitality jobs, availability during holidays is also a plus.

We're always looking to launch new locations, new recipes, new products and new ideas. So we love long-term team members who have a natural passion for hospitality and the company, and we always try to promote from within.

Previous experience as a barista, bartender or in food and retail environments can be useful but is not necessary, attitude is more important!
