Working at Benson School of Motoring

Benson School of Motoring has been in business since 1987. More than 150 instructors now work with us throughout East Anglia (Essex/Suffolk/Cambs/Herts and parts of North and East London) and in 2018 taught more than 7000 pupils.

We need nice people to join us either already qualified or part trained instructors OR we will train you from scratch (you must have held a full driving licence with 5 or less penalty point for no less than 2½ years).

We have driving instructors based throughout East Anglia and 5 permanent office staff at our office and shop at Braintree answering incoming telephone enquiries and booking in new pupils for the instructors.

This is a privately-owned company and we have some lovely people working with us. We don’t like so many other training establishments or driving schools take on just anyone. We are quite choosy and have an excellent reputation something we’d like to maintain.
