Beespoke Solutions Recruitment was set up with the vision to provide open and honest recruitment, focussed not on sales targets, number of calls, new clients, KPI’s or thresholds but the delivery of a quality recruitment service to both clients and candidates alike.

Where are we from?
After spending over 20 years within Engineering/Manufacturing/Production, 10 years within the public sector and 7 years in Recruitment, the owner of Beespoke Solutions felt he had the knowledge and life experience to tackle most things, including setting up his own business. He was once told, “You thought you were hated as a Police Officer, you wait till you are a recruiter!!”.

As with his Police career, he has tried to break that popular misconception within both careers. Setting up this business has given him the platform to see out his recruitment vision which is to be trusted in what he does and provide a valued and valuable service on an individual/case by case basis. Make a positive difference to people. Working within all sectors of manufacturing, production and service and able to recruit within each department, Beespoke Solutions provides permanent recruitment for clients within the UK. Using conventional job boards for searching, advertising and market research, along with social media and an extensive candidate source gained over many years, let us assist you with your recruitment.
