A couple of quotes from some of our team members;

"I have worked for Baileys for 4 years, I enjoy working for Baileys as they have a great reputation as a high standard Care agency. No two days in the job are the same and it can be quite hectic at times, but this is eased by the fact that I have great teams in Wiltshire and Newport and good Support from my Operations manager Lisa. We all work together and are all positive about the future expansion of Bailey Care" - Julie Branch Manager

“Working for Baileys has given me the opportunity to expand and grow my skills. Bailey Care brings a new and exciting opportunity every day to help and support those who need. I love the ability of coming into the office each day and knowing that something different is going to happen" - Jason Senior Consultant

"I have worked for Bailey Care for over 8 years, I started as a care assistant and moved into the office with the support and training of Bailey Care, I have been in the office for three years I love being a Coordinator especially supporting and assisting new care assistants in their role. We have a small team in the Abingdon Branch, we all work very well together trying to build up our business." - Fiona - Consultant

"I believe bailey care is an organisation which not only motivates its employees to enhance their skills but also it takes care of all its employees. I have been with baileys over a year and I can see myself progressing in my career. What I love about bailey care is the work environment, it makes you feel really comfortable and they have good team spirit - Shivangi - Administrator
