Already working in the IT industry, Ed Morton, saw IT Managers starting to think differently about how they delivered IT to their users.

This spurred Ed into action.

Grabbing an A4 pad, Ed set about over lunch to map out what was needed to create a thriving company.

The A4 pad was lost long ago, but our aims and values have remained true today, as they were back then:
