Our goal is to encourage growth, understanding and developement to each individual that works with ATM. We are not aiming to hire anyone for a short time frame and instead want to look at this next step for anyone that joins us as a career defining move with countless possibilities.
It could well be that you start off with us as an assistant or office manager, but decide you want to step in to the world of mortgage and advise as thats something you never really looked in to at first but realised its achievable, ATM wants to support that.
