Since inception in 1992 Atlas has acquired over $7bn in North American multifamily real estate, compiled in aggregate a portfolio of 75,000 units and executed over $450m in capital projects resulting in rental uplifts through various value add and refurbishment initiatives.

Atlas is now developing a UK ‘Build to Rent’ portfolio. Our investment business spans the acquisition, planning, development and funding of apartment communities for rent in core and regional markets throughout the UK.
Presently the business is in construction on 851 units across three sites in Manchester, Birmingham and Southampton with a total gross development value of over £150m.
