Aspire Style is an award-winning small chain of 5 stores and an ecommerce website selling vintage inspired clothing, accessories and gifts to women.

Set up by two such women 13 years ago, the brand is about bringing something different to the high street but without a hefty price tag.  The team has grown from 2 to around 40 staff spread around the stores who all have a hand in promoting and selling the brand through the stores, website and social media.

As a Store Manager - you will get a unique insight into a small brand and not only manage the Oxford store but will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the business.

As Oxford Manager, you will manage a small team in store.  You will be introduced and trained in the job by an experienced manager from another store.  You will also be in direct contact with the business owners who will update you on strategy and direction of the store.

At Aspire, the managers at each store have a good, supportive working relationship and are brought together for 6 monthly meetings to plan for the seasons and input ideas for the business.
