anew South West is run by business partners Janet Phillips and Trudi Spratt, both recruitment consultants in Devon and Somerset who bring over 30 years of ‘hands-on’ proven experience within the recruitment industry delivering cost effective value-added solutions which increase productivity and efficiency. Our service is enhanced by our experience across the recruitment industry with specialist knowledge of the manufacturing and engineering markets.

With the anew South West team we have additional associate recruitment expertise. Debbie Cawley with over 20 years’ experience within the recruitment industry. Debbie offers a wealth of knowledge and recruitment support covering all sectors within Manufacturing.
