We are a small but caring business based in Somerset, England. We pride ourselves on doing the best job that we can for our Clients. We have been in business since 2008 and believe in providing a good service which will encourage our Clients to come back and deal with us again.

Our main work involves recruitment, however we also provide support for customers and their staff with consultancy, training and project management and this always involves some mentoring and personal development as well. We also complete work in helping Clients manage cultural change as this usually involves people and how a business views itself. Basically we have the skills to help businesses to be better at what they do, whether they need to recover from some problems or just continue to improve.

Having spent over 30 years working in a wide variety of businesses, much of it at senior manager and director levels for local, national and international companies I decided in 2008 that it was time to set up my own company and use the experience and training I received to help other businesses to grow and expand in a more sustainable way. I have been very lucky in that I have previously held roles which have involved sales, account management, people development, business & cultural change, training and development, all working for some brilliant companies who know how to get it right (and some who didn't !).
