Established in 1988 Andrew Cowie Construction soon developed a renowned reputation for its concrete floors and civils works. Relationships were forged with most of the major construction companies for its services. As well as this many small to medium sized builders and companies relied on ACC for its fast track floors and concrete works.

As the company and its services evolved and grew, many clients began to look on ACC to provide all their construction requirements. Soon the company was acting as a main contractor for blue chip clients such as the Stagecoach Group carrying out major works throughout Scotland and the North of England.

Concrete flooring and concrete external works were areas the company continued to excel in, with some 250,000m2 of floors and hard standings being placed over a 12 month period. Floors are completed throughout the UK for an ever increasing client base whose demand for quality and precision is always satisfied.

Knowledge and experience saw the company enter into the specialist screeding market focusing on the industry leading calcium sulphate screed. Demand was such that to satisfy the market, 2008 saw the launch of East West Flooring an ACC associated company
