ALPHA DIGITAL LTD – We are a refreshing and hardworking headhunting consultancy specialising in the space of IT. The company is maintained by a team of likeminded headhunters whose ethos is to ‘pick up the phone and make things happen!’.

Alpha Digital Ltd. was founded in Feb 2017 by Naithan Eyre. Having successfully billed over £2m throughout his career at his previous employer he decided it was time to take the plunge and start up his own consultancy - Given that the company has been up and running for a short period of time we have made a quick and huge impact in the recruitment industry especially in the markets and regions that we cover.

Having opened our new office in Basildon, Essex, the company has grown from strength to strength. We are a boutique consultancy which provides niche and specialist recruitment within the IT market across Europe. Territories include Germany and Scandinavia (Finland, Norway) with growth plans to continue and dominate new markets such as Sweden and Switzerland.

Fantastic office space with onsite parking, and a local bus stop. Our offices are newly decorated giving off a modern, bright and vibrant feel. The sales floor is equipped with state of the art systems which include 2 computer monitors, Plantronics headset systems and Herman miller office chairs for staff to ensure comfort when sitting in the office. This is also accompanied by a separate cosy break out room which offers you time to have a break and time out during your lunch or even as a chill out haven after work if need be. The office has many quirky features which include ivy walls, polished granite surfaces plus gaming area including both PlayStation and Xbox.
The team is made up of 3 young ambitious individuals and due to high demand, we are now looking to grow the team to 5 to start fresh in the new year. Ages range from 22 – 27

Being a small team of 3, the ALPHAS are a very close-knit bunch that have a family feel. We live by the saying ‘We hunt together, we eat together’ with a strong belief the teamwork makes the dreamwork. There are no egos here just ambitious individuals who enjoy working hard and making money together.
