We currently have our highest levels of engagement after participating in The Sunday Times - Best Companies Survey. This was extremely successful gaining 95% employee participation and a BCI score of 667.1. This resulted in achieving 1 Star accreditation, comparable to Virgin, PWC and Deloitte, which is excellent for a contact centre.
