AdviserPlus is the UK’s leading provider of Employee Relations advisory services and cloud based HR case management technology. We’ve enabled some of the largest UK based employers to significantly reduce the cost of their HR service delivery by 75%, equating to millions of Pounds in bottom line savings.

Our clients have increased employee productivity with measurable examples such as a 25% reduction in suspensions and a 15% reduction in long term absence. We've worked with them to increase line manager and employee performance, whilst reducing operational risk and avoiding expensive tribunal litigation costs.

A combination of our MI and HR consultancy, analysing HR transactional and ER case management data, provides our clients with valuable insight. We’ve highlighted real business issues such as 35% of Long Term Sickness cases being Mental Health related, with the associated personal and financial costs.
