Working at Access Care

We are a small friendly office (of ladies currently) based in andover, Hampshire. We work hard and play hard to ensure our community of over 300 registered care workers finds the work they are looking for and that our 100 clients have the carers they are looking for! In effect, we operate like a match-making agency for people who require or would benefit from having help from somone living-in their home. 

We are made up of a Recruitment Team, Sales Team and Customer Service Team and work hard everyday to improvde th lives and situations of those that call us - always looking for wasy to go the extra mile for people and design a bespoke service just for them!

It's fast and furious, sometimes stressful, often a great laugh! We are all ladies (at the mo) and there are 15 of us in total at Head Office. We have great days out throughout the year and love any chance to celebrate! Posh Coffee Monday meetings see us start every week happy in our team meeting and ready to attach the week ahead to reach our new targets and goals!
