We're the UK&rsquo;s largest manager and developer of purpose-built student accommodation. Since our foundation in 1991, we have housed more than half a million students and, during this academic year, are providing a home for around 50,000 students, in more than 140 properties, across 28 leading university cities in England and Scotland. Unite works in partnership with more than 60 higher education institutions and also lets rooms directly to students.

Customer Experience Team Member Location: Horizon Heights, Liverpool Salary: 23,965 - 25,410 bonus benefits (depending on experience) Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Member

International Sales Advisor (Mandarin speaking) The Role Unite Students have an exciting 4 month contract opportunity for native Mandarin speakers to join our International Sales team.You will form an integral part of the International Sales team, delivering high quality customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues and students. The role primarily includes calling Chinese and other international students who have completed a booking with Unite Students for the 2024-2025 academic year. The role more broadly will also include offering customer service to Chinese students on various channels (calls, WeChat, emails etc.) and occasionally supporting with diverse enquiries. Location: London - Mostly working from home but some presence in the office will be required Hours: Working days: Monday-Friday OR Tuesday-Saturday (may need to cover during bank holidays) Working hours: 5am - 1pm Flexibility may be needed at certain times of the year working any time from 8am to 4.30pm to working from 9:00 to 5 or 5:30pm What you`ll be doing Conducting sales conversations with predominantly Chinese students with passion and enthusiasm and via various channels including WeChat, Webchat, calls, emails etc. Processing room availability checks for short stays and for academic year stays Following-up on any customer related issues requiring action in a timely manner, engaging with other colleagues when necessary Providing a decisive and effective response to complaints, assisting in and resolving customer disputes and escalating where necessary Maintaining Unite Students` information systems including the booking system, MS Excel spreadsheets, ensuring customer data is accurate, secure and compliant with the Data Protection Act and GDPR. Undertaking general administration duties, including processing bookings and payments, debt chasing, no shows and absconders, Providing financial administration support, escalating customer arrears issues; assisting with International agents commission tracking, commission checks; commission payments, monitoring the commission budget. International Sales Advisor - Mandarin speaking

Facilities Team Member Location: Cardiff Hours and Rota: 37.5 hours per week. The role will be expected to work an 8 hour shift between 8am and 8pm Monday - Sunday.
