The Ten Percent Group is a unique group of recruitment companies specialising in legal recruitment (smaller sized and niche commercial law firms and in house legal departments) and occasional accountancy practice recruitment (senior and semi-senior accountants). We are a privately owned company uniquely donating 10% of our profits to charity every year since 2000.

We undertake locum and permanent recruitment.

Legal Recruitment

We recruit solicitors, legal executives, legal cashiers, paralegals and legal secretaries. Our company also handles law firm mergers and acquisitions.

Accountancy Practice Recruitment

We recruit fully qualified accountants, part qualified accountants, seniors, semi-seniors, client managers, practice managers and directors.

We are different because:

• No sales - we don't harrass you!
• We give you the warts and all version of any job.
• No business speak - we don't offer 'outstanding' opportunities or the chance to 'develop your career portfolio'. We tell it like it is and have been doing so for over 15 years.
