Core Responsibilities: Sales/Customer Service Ensuring the customer has all relevant information to make an informed decision, by explaining the features and benefits and price solutions. Responding and following up on customer enquiries, challenging objections, upselling our retail products and closing sales wherever possible. Provide a high level of customer service at all times, ensuring company values are maintained. Administration Reviewing and prioritising the tasks for the day, dealing with new enquiries, completing contracts and debt chasing. Banking/Petty Cash Reconcile cash, credit card, Direct Debit and BACS payments. Complete petty cash float checks on a daily basis. Retail Sales Upsell wherever appropriate, for standard retail and hire crates. You will have experience of working in mental health ideally and ideally have experience of arranging staff rotas and writing care plans, with a strong passion for delivering high quality, person centred care. Job Description: Area Manager Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Area Manager is responsible for delivering Service User centred care; through the efficient operational management of a small cluster of CQC Regulated Learning Disablities Centre's (typically 6 six service users in each home) and staff (including Line Managers) allocated to them; in accordance with company processes and procedures.
