What we do

Straight Line Retail Recruitment was formed in October 2009. Although a relatively new company we benefit from being run by a team with over 40 years in Retail Recruitment. This allows us to draw on a vast depth of industry experience as well as benefiting from all the advantages of starting afresh.

The business has old fashioned values, believing that a recruitment company lives and dies by the relationships it fosters. Our role is to act honestly and professionally with our clients and candidates and operate in a straightforward manner at all times. We believe that we can add value to the recruitment process only if we invest the time to develop our relationships, fully understand our client’s culture and requirements and treat our candidates as people and not commodities.

All our potential candidates are treated with honesty and respect from the moment they contact us. We recognise you have skills and attributes that may make you a dream candidate for some clients but a poor fit for others. We appreciate you have aspirations and goals and it’s our job to help you realise them.

Our offices are in Maidenhead, Berkshire but we recruit nationally.
