Senior Insolvency Administrator - Corporate Restructuring &amp; Insolvency Bristol, hybrid (2-3 days in office) At Stonebridge, we are partnered with a leading, well-known Financial Advisory firm in their Bristol office who are seeking a Senior Insolvency Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the managers in the team, the Senior Administrator will have responsibility for his or her own caseload. The work will involve the general administration and management of case work for Corporate Insolvency cases (CVLs, MVLs, administrations etc). The role will involve assisting the managers or partners with placing companies into administration or insolvent liquidation, drafting administration proposals, preparing the declaration of solvency and paperwork, interviewing directors, undertaking investigations into companies and individuals, preparing conduct reports, communicating with creditors and debtors, preparation of both annual and final reports to interested parties (including making distributions where appropriate) and ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation and best practice. Experience required Minimum of two years’ experience of insolvency procedures and administration sufficient to manage their own caseload. A good, up-to-date understanding of the technical and legislative aspects of insolvency is important. Senior Insolvency Administrator

Stonebridge are currently recruiting an Senior Insolvency Administrator based in Cardiff for one of the UKs top boutiques. We are currently working with a global network accountancy firms. They are looking for candidates who have focussed on insolvency and have a mixture of skills in at least one of the following areas: Liquidations, Administrations, CVA's and cross border work. The Role This is a full-time opportunity and is perfect for a candidate who has anything from 3 years’ experience of insolvency and is looking to work for one of the market leading insolvency firms. Please note this is NOT a standard administration role - please only apply with the relevant Insolvency experience. Key Responsibilities will include. Running your own portfolio that includes liquidations, administrations, CVLs, MVLs &amp; CVAs. Draft reports in accordance with statutory requirements and any other correspondence as required. Regular client contact in concurrence with managers. Provide supervision of/delegate work to more junior staff and assist juniors with queries. Undertaking investigations into assets as required. Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members. The Background Ideally Educated to degree level. Experienced in Word, Excel and Power Point. Proven insolvency experience in a similar role essential. CPI/ACCA qualification is desirable. Ability to manage a varied case load in an insolvency/restructuring firm. Market-leading reputation for knowledgeable and compassionate service, to help them recruit a Cashier for their team in London.. The ideal candidate should have experience in working on bank reconciliations, income receipts and payments. The Role This is a permanent full-time position, Key Responsibilities will include; Review and processing invoices onto the Insolvency Practitioners’ case management system (&quot;IPS&quot;). Review and validation of supplier/creditor bank details to prevent fraud and money laundering activities. Preparation of payment instructions onto IPS. Monitoring insolvency estate bank accounts for incoming receipts. Supporting Multi-Vendor Payment instructions on trading insolvencies. Supporting trading sale reconciliations on trading insolvencies. Liaising with engagement teams on all aspects of sales/purchase ledger queries. The Background Candidates must be bright and show enthusiasm for accounting and insolvency. Experience working within the restructuring and insolvency sectors. Experience in using an Insolvency Practitioners’ case management system is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Excellent project management skills.
