StaffBank Recruitment Limited was founded in 2001 by Kim Hargie, Kim remains our current Director & has a very hands on approach to the business.

The idea that StaffBank had envisaged was to “Place People Professionally”. This idea evolved from the concept of having local candidates in local areas which enabled us to provide a local service & place people in a professional capacity. 15 years on, we are proud to say this idea is very much a part of what we do each day.

Our South London Branch in Croydon was the first to be opened in 2001, shortly after we opened our North London Branch in Hendon in 2002 & then our West London Branch in Richmond in 2003.

Throughout the years we have built great relationships with our clients & supply staff to a number of settings, Private Day Nurseries, Local Authority, Hospital Day Nurseries, Creche’s, Early Years After School & Breakfast Clubs & much more. We are members of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation & hold the Gold Standard for Recruiting in line with REC Audited Education.

Each Branch is responsible for a geographical area & they will recruit Early Years Professionals for these areas . At present we cover London, Essex, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Surrey & Kent.
