I am currently recruiting for a Vendor Procurement Coordinator to work for a well-established financial company within the Berkshire area. This role is to start immediately and will be on going! Monitor shipments, verify documents and ensure compliance with US customs and other government agencies. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and resolving any issues that arise during the import process. Maintain detailed records of all import transactions and prepare regular reports on shipment status. Assist with invoicing, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
