RSR are currently recruiting for experienced ex-Police Officer to work as a Protective Order Coordinator on a full-time, long-term contract, based in Fareham, Hampshire. The initial contract is for 6 months, but there is a view to extend this. The role is paying 16.71p per hour (PAYE). The role will be situated within a Police Force, so applicants must be able to obtain national security vetting. Role overview: To provide support and guidance to staff/officers around the recording, identification, application and enforcement of protective (ancillary) orders across the force as part of the relentless pursuit of criminals Main Responsibilities: To promote the overall use of protective orders within relevant cases across the forces, including (but not limited to DVPN/O's, SPO's, SHPO's, SRO's, FMPO's and Violent Offender Orders. To ensure data quality and accuracy of recording of Protective Orders on RMS Niche and other IT systems, making amendments and providing feedback to staff/officers as required. To accurately and effectively risk assess all incoming/new protective orders, and raise through electronic tasking and/or at relevant meetings as required To proactively identify live cases where protective orders may be appropriate and either take responsibility for applications, or create relevant tasking to staff/officers with follow up support as required. To identify and monitor breaches of orders and ensure appropriate action is taken To collate statistical data relating to the application, issuing and management of protective orders to support delivery of our performance framework and provide any required data updates. Role overview: The PIP1 Investigator gathers and reviews evidence and undertakes investigations relating to volume and priority crime to ascertain whether a person should be charged with an offence or if a person charged with an offence is guilty of that offence. Responsibilities: Collect and gather material, intelligence and evidence from a range ofsources (including volume and priority crime reports, victims, witnesses,suspects and other sources) and record and retain it in aformat that is evidentially admissible to support the investigation. Interview witnesses and suspects, applying appropriate interviewingtechniques to gather all required information, intelligenceand evidence within the law and the legal framework to help bring offenders to justice. Knowledge/Experience: Hold a current authorisation to drive Police vehicles. To have an up to date licence to Police and current PDR. Experience of complex information gathering and problem solving. The purpose of this role is to ensure residents are safe and engaged in positive and meaningful activities that will help them move forward in their lives. Location: Cheshire East Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Salary: 24,699 - 26,352 Main duties and responsibilities As a Housing Support Worker, you will support people with a history of substance and/or alcohol issues (whether abstinent or working towards it), who are living in supported housing projects. Assist with the daily running of the project and coordinate all aspects of the residents' care, including referrals, move-in plans, assessments and case notes. Work closely with colleagues and partner agencies to provide a range of interventions to support recovery and help people achieve independent living in the community. You will help residents access mutual aid support in the community and get involved in activities that will support their recovery. Required to work flexibly from different sites across Cheshire East and be work some evenings and weekends. Provide coaching, wellbeing support and training to volunteers to ensure they have the right skills and support to deliver services safely and efficiently. You will ensure residents are safe and engaged in positive and meaningful activities that will help them move forward in their lives. You will ensure residents understand their tenancy agreement, their rights and obligations and report any breaches to management. You will encourage individuals to develop practical skills such as shopping, cooking, housework, laundry personal health and hygiene and accompany residents on shopping trips, to appointments or days out.
