RDR established operations at the Wilton site on Teesside in 2010, with the task to provide cost effective resourcing solutions. The delivery model was based around the imbalanced nature of resource profiles within the COMAH industries.  Since operations began, we have recruited over 2000 candidates for blue and white collar positions around the UK.

The business has since grown in capability and capacity with robust procedures surrounding the recruitment, mobilisation and training of engineering resources. We now have specialist teams for each sector and continue to set our sights on new areas where we can apply our recruitment knowledge and expertise.
