Our lovely client, a growing family residential property agent. They are looking for a proactive Administrator and Front of House to assist, support, and enable their office to run smoothly and efficiently. It is a lovely office environment with a great team. 1 Saturday every 6 weeks is required in the office. With a half day off in lieu in the week. Duties include but are not limited to ensuring: That all post is delivered to the post office and recorded as required. That all cheque payments are delivered to the bank and authorised as required. That the office &amp; kitchen supplies &amp; equipment are maintained at sufficient levels and ordered in a timely manner. That all office equipment is functioning properly and promptly repaired as required. That the office is clean and tidy That guests are greeted in a professional and appropriate manner and refreshments are offered when appropriate. That all general incoming calls are answered, and messages are responsibly taken. That all incoming post is opened and distributed as required. That all facility management issues for the office are dealt with in a timely manner That all health &amp; safety and first aid notices are to date and displayed in the office The FRA for the office is done on a regular basis and filled. The office TV license is updated annually. That the Branding is consistent on all collateral. Scan ad-hoc invoices onto the server Ensure Boardroom is prepared for meetings. Respond to general emails or re-directing where required, in particular those addressed to the Helpdesk. The Helpdesk Outlook folder should be empty at the end of each day. Maintain high levels of tidiness at the front desk and reception area. Assist with letting/sales enquiries and attend viewings if necessary. Take meter readings and ensure correct documentation. Office Administrator

Our lovely client, a family office LLP based in the West End are looking for a polished and professional PA/OM to support them in their day to day running of the office and support of two partners. Duties include but not limited to Generally being the Front of House / Office Manager and first port of call for all staff, Partners and clients Assisting the Partners with day to day tasks and projects and mailbox management if and when required Management of office affairs and staff requirements generally Management of archive file procedure and maintain a clean and tidy office Assisting with all matters relating to compliance, including for Lexcel and ISO9001 and CQS. Dealing with certain HR issues before Partner involvement. Shopping (general for office and for Partners as required) Preparing documents, bundles and Engrossments General preparation of documents and bills. Detailed note taking (rarely). Arranging meetings and keeping a central diary for the firm. Ensuring Partners are kept updated with calendar reminders, deadlines and events Organisation of office supplies and store room. Ordering of office supplies, stationery and correspondence with suppliers. Assistance with business development and marketing as required Organisation of business affairs for Partners. Making sure office reception, board rooms and print room are tidy Greeting clients and other persons Client hospitality before, during and after meetings and other office attendances. Emphasis is placed on this. General office errands. Arranging office lunch as and when requested to so. Arranging couriers and other postage Assisting Partners with personal matters and appointments, as and when requested to do so. Managing firm events, including summer and Christmas events and other events which may take place during the year Telephone Answering and call management Scanning. Photocopying. Archiving files. PA/OM to Partners

We are seeking an experienced Traveling House Manager to work with our high-profile client to oversee the efficient and professional management of a busy household. The role will be based in London, with additional responsibilities for properties in Gstaad and Geneva. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing household staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and ensuring the seamless functioning of the residences. The ideal candidate would have had 10 years on yacht as head/ chief stewardess And at least one high profile international, private family experience including supporting a female principal. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage household staff, including housekeepers, and have some involvement with the nanny's team, ensuring their duties are carried out efficiently and professionally. 2. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the London residence and other properties. 3. Supervise the overall maintenance and upkeep of the properties, including scheduling contractors for maintenance, repairs, and services. 4. Ensure the seamless functioning of the homes while liaising with contractors and organizing events such as family dinners, house parties, and seasonal celebrations. 5. Perform butler duties as required. 6. Act as a Personal Assistant to the female principal, including managing her day-to-day calendar, personal shopping, and travel planning. 7. Handle household finances and expense tracking. 8. Manage household inventories, including household supplies and equipment. 9. Handle correspondence 10. Possess strong organizational and leadership skills. 11. Pay exceptional attention to detail. 12. Have knowledge of household technologies, security systems, and maintenance procedures. 13. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a calm &amp; proactive mindset. 14. Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times. 15. Be tech-savvy and ideally have a background in the entertainment, fashion, or hospitality industry. 16. Be a team player with a gentle disposition. 17. Love animals as the household includes pets. 18. Be familiar with the London scene. 19. Hold a full, clean driving license. The household consists of a family with four children and has a warm and friendly atmosphere, although understanding boundaries is essential. You will work closely with an assistant house manager/head housekeeper and a small team of housekeepers and a houseman to ensure the smooth operation of the household. This is a full-time position based in London, with the flexibility to travel within the EU as needed. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the flexibility needed to work irregular hours and weekends when required. With regret, we cannot respond to unsuccessful applicants.
