Nemo was founded in 2017 by Steve Woodward. Steve has been in the recruitment business for 19 years. He began his career with Hays, moving into managerial roles in their IT and Telecoms businesses. After that, he helped to found Fulcrum Telecom and was a director there until its acquisition by InterQuest Plc. Steve remained at the rebranded IQ Telecom until last year, when he left to take some time out with his family before starting Nemo.

Over the years, Steve has worked with some of the biggest names in the IT/Telco world, as well as some of the tiniest start-ups. He’s recruited people all over the world, at all levels. Crucially, Steve has also hired, trained, mentored and taught best practice to hundreds of recruiters and it’s that experience that will ensure that Nemo are a pleasure to deal with.
