Senior Piping Designer Accountable as Lead for the functional discipline of Piping and Layout on assigned projects. Accountable for delivering safe, fit for purpose piping designs to an agreed schedule and agreed budget. Working with external design centers in achieving low cost solutions in design and execution. Maintaining good communication and relationships with external design centers, to achieve seamless interaction and project completion.&nbsp;Maintaining good relationships and communication with upstream functions within the Operations engineering group.&nbsp;Developing design reuse strategies and products. Project engineering role assignment potential for small piping based single discipline projects. On site supervision of piping and equipment construction, supervising contractors and completing Operational Readiness Inspections (ORI’s). DIMENSIONS • Responsible for delivering Conceptual and final piping design packages on projects. • Expert in field of Piping and Layout. • Providing support to AP engineering centers as execution requires. • Support European and Middle East Bid and proposal requests. • Mobile to support multi center execution and project support. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Safety adherence to relevant specifications and standards for all piping designs • Accountable for Piping and layout design and engineering scope • Developing conceptual piping design and detailed piping design on projects. • Model development in SP3D and leading model reviews internally and externally. • Deliver piping design packages. • Deliver Bid Plot plan layouts and studies as requested. • Effectively communicate execution strategies, schedule issues and project requirements. • Support Opportunity providing all required documents, estimates, functional strategy, functional deliverables. • Issue project quality functional deliverable/activity list and function execution strategy. • Interfaces with other leads engineers to ensure handoffs between departments are planned and fully understood. • Ensures design basis adheres to the appropriate Air Products Engineering Procedures, Engineering Standards and Specifications, country and regulatory codes, and customer requirements. • Assists with reviews and approvals of engineering changes when proposed. • Acts upon approved design changes made by other functional groups. • Before commencing activities ensure have all inputs and requirements to allow activity to proceed. • Ensures design output references to codes, standards, specifications. • Ensures quality deliverables from their department are delivered to the project. • Complies with all Company issued work process and work instructions • Drive to competitive under budget performance. • Raise and communicate changes to scope/basis. • Site attendance when required for inspection and or survey • Global travel to operating plants for meetings and reviews or as required by the project. JOB REQUIREMENTS • A min of Higher National Certificates in relevant subject with around 7-10 years of piping design experience. • Must be familiar with an engineering organization, the function of each discipline and how they interact and the function of the various support groups. • Hands on experience of SP3D / PDS Piping software and associated modules • Should have experience of developing basic and detailed plant layouts • Construction experience in planning for installation and access of equipment. • Should have experience of leading piping design and development of 3D model and leading model reviews. • Experience of design verification of piping design and knowledge of industry codes and standards. • Modularized design experience and skid design experience is desirable. • Experience of both Pipe supporting and Piping stress work process • Experience and knowledge to effectively communicate issues and ideas effectively. • Experience managing contractors on site, maintaining safety and zero accident goal. • Good written and spoken English and strong communication skills • Must be able to travel with Europe &amp; Middle East. They currently require a Finance Assistant to join their team in Derby for a 12 month contract. Responsibilities: Record and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Support our Market Operations teams and respond to any ad-hoc requests from them. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process. Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation and resolve any outstanding items. Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts &amp; annual budgets. Finance Assistant

Our client is currently undergoing a Project to Upgrade ambulances throughout the UK, and is seeking a Mobile Engineer to join the Project covering stations in the South West area of the M25. You will be required to undertake new build installs, planned maintenance and fault rectifications on a range of Radio Communication / Communication systems found in Emergency Service vehicles, whether it be Ambulances, Fire Engineers, Police Vehicles etc. • You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of Mobile Data Terminals (MDT’s) and GPS systems for new vehicle build projects as well as existing fleet. • You will need to ensure you maintain your spares efficiently and the movement of assets between maintenance stock and the designated vehicle to be as efficient as possible. • Install, maintain, and repair Radio Communication / Communication systems in primary emergency response vehicles. • Support the business in achieving tight SLAs. • Strive to achieve a first-time fix on all cases. • Be H&amp;S aware. • Adopt and maintain safe working practices whilst being security conscious. • Undertake training as and where required. • Work closely with and collaborate with your peers. • Be well organized. The role can be offered on a Ltd Company basis, using your own vehicle or a vehicle can be supplied for an Umbrella or PAYE Contract. Field Engineer - Vehicle

Our Client, Urenco; trusted, long-term supplier to the nuclear industry, specialising in safe, cost effective and reliable uranium enrichment services, are looking for an Engineering Materials Planner (E&amp;I) on a contract basis (inside IR35), to be based in Capenhurst near Chester. Rate: 35 Umbrella (Inside IR35) Job Purpose The purpose of the Urenco Chemical Processing Operations Materials Technical Specifier is to support the Plant’s reliability program through the provision of Critical spares. This will be delivered by providing a professional and thorough analysis of the critical equipment list and developing detailed technical specifications for spare parts to be procured by the Materials Department. The Chemical processing Operations Materials Technical Specifier works as part of the Plant Reliability team to ensure the seamless provision of critical spare parts onto stock The role is days based. This a critical role to ensure the correct technical specification of spare parts for Production Critical equipment as well as recommended stock holding, re-order points etc and definition of Bills of Materials for critical equipment. Compliance with all Urenco procurement protocols will be a key part of the role. The role holder will be expected to work within the procurement tracking system supported by the Materials team. The role holder will specify the correct QA grading for the materials being specified, and then fill in the appropriate stock holding request forms for procurement of items to stock. The Materials Technical Specifier is deeply imbedded within the Plant Reliability Team, their role is critical to ensure the seamless provision of critical spare parts as stock items. The role of the Materials Technical Specifier is to update/ produce accurate technical specifications of all mechanical “Critical Equipment” for procurement, ensuring all of Urenco’s compliance requirements are met (Quality Grading, Materials &amp; Test Certification, Regulatory, etc). Other requirements of the role include: - Contacting 3rd party suppliers to obtain quotations (where possible) or escalate any technical queries to the relevant disciplines. - Generation of material request forms for implementation into CMMS (SAP), including recommended stock holding levels and re-order points. The role holder will be accountable certain KPI’s within the procurement workflow and able to provide regular updates on the progress and identification of bottle necks or failings within their systems. Accountability - The update of existing and generation of new Electrical and Instrumentation equipment technical specifications for procurement - Site walk downs to ensure that the “As installed” equipment aligns with the documentation within the Urenco document management system. Where discrepancies exist escalate to the engineering department. - Make initial contact with vendors to identify availability of spares, escalating to Engineering department if change management processes need to be followed - Determine the correct Quality Grading Level in line with the Urenco Capenhurst Standards and ensure the requirements for that level are met including test certification - Generation of Material Master documentation to UCP agreed standards - Update Technical Basis of Maintenance documentation to reflect the spares holding to UCP agreed standards - Ensure materials on high hazard critical duties are specified to comply with the correct standards and legislation (DSEAR, PSSR, PUWER, LOLER, SIL etc) Specific know-how &amp; skills required • Ability to work off-site at supplier premises • Proficient in the use SAP WM system • Experience in material specification and standards • Proficient in the use of site computer systems and applications Please be aware that this contract position is subject to passing: • Security Clearance • Medical, drug and alcohol tests Still curious?
