We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer who comes from a Contract Manufacturing Environment to lead, develop, and implement robust quality assurance and continuous improvement strategies. This will ensure the highest standards of product and service quality across bespoke kitting solutions, third-party logistics (3PL), smart logistics, and supply chain services. The Quality Engineer will drive compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements, while fostering a culture of quality excellence throughout the organisation and supply chain. You will focus on optimizing processes, reducing defects, and enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive quality planning, effective supplier management, risk mitigation, and innovative solutions tailored to complex electronics and logistics environments. Essential Functions: Process Improvement (QMS) Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using tools to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Electrician Location: Various Sites mainly in Essex, around 30 miles of Harlow Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: 200 - 250 per day, or equivalent permanent salary, depending on experience Either on an employed or sub-contractor basis My client is a property developer - they are growing, and we’re on the lookout for an Electrician to join the team. You will be working on property refurbishments and repairs/remedial work in rented accomodation. The Role: As an Electrician, you'll be taking charge of the electrical work across multiple sites, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time. You'll be working closely with site managers and project teams to deliver high-quality electrical installations and maintenance. It’s a key role where you’ll really make an impact! What You'll Do: Electrical Installations: Perform the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and wiring - from start to finish. Work with the Project Team: Liaise with site managers and project managers to make sure everything’s in line with the project plan and running on schedule. Quality Control: Ensure all electrical work meets the necessary standards and regulations. Problem Solving: Tackle any electrical issues that arise and find quick, effective solutions.
