We need a range of talents which are individually tuned. We need sales people to keep our customers buying, technical advisors who know their grommets from their widgets, Marketeers to promote our brand, and Managers to keep our people motivated - the list goes on.   • Retail Store Management - management development programme, developing commercial awareness and sales focus coupled with the softer skills of leadership and effective people management
  • All Retail Sales colleagues - an in-depth induction covering sales techniques, great customer service, Health and Safety awareness
  • Apprentice Engineers - a targeted development plan leading to NVQ Level 3
  • New line managers & supervisors - people management and soft skills to help with the transition from friend to supervisor


Whether you want to join us as a Salesperson and progress through to become a Store Manager, an Apprentice Engineer working your way through to Service Manager or an Administrator and progress to Accounts Supervisor, it's up to you.
