Our identity is rooted in the overall corporate identity of Lantmännen and Unibake. Our mission, ‘Towards billions of smiling tummies’, is what drives us to do everything possible to ensure we lead the bakery business with the scale, knowledge and drive to be loved in every country. We do so by maximising our category expertise with market leading product developments and exceptional customer service from ordering and delivery, to baking, merchandising and marketing support.

We do not just sell products we provide solutions.

We are the UK's leading supplier of high quality bakery products to retailers, wholesalers and the foodservice industry providing solutions to needs customers have or do not even know they have. All our products are designed to be easy to use and are developed based on consumer and customer insight as to what they need and want. They are supplied pre-cut, fresh, ready to bake or thaw and serve, providing total convenience.

We have offices in Bagshot and two bakeries at Milton Keynes and Bedford operating 24/7.

In Milton Keynes, we have six highly invested high output Lines producing versatile specialty and French breads and a wide range of fast food breads include premium and classic burger buns, baps and hot dog rolls.

 In Bedford, we have two Lines producing a variety of Danish pastry products (swirls, crowns, plaits, lattices etc.), which include many different flavour profiles (e.g. cinnamon, vanilla, jams), and toppings (mainly nuts, sugar, toffee pieces). We also include a variety of in case additions – toppings that the customer applies after baking (e.g. icing, syrup, chocolate).

We continue to invest to upgrade our assets and have introduced automation with a capital programme in Milton Keynes of £30 million over three years.
