HomeOrganisers – Nanny and Domestic Recruitment

HomeOrganisers was established to provide much needed support for busy families in the Surrey area and we have been organising the solutions to childcare and domestic staffing requirements since 1970.

We are looking to recruit highly skilled, career minded, hardworking and enthusiastic Nannies (live-in and live-out), Mothers/fathers help, After-School Nanny, School-Holiday Nanny, Proxy parent, Weekend Nanny, Nanny/Housekeeper, Babysitter, Nanny share, Holiday Nanny (to travel with the family), Housekeepers and other Domestic Staff.

We recruit both permanent and temporary staff and many positions fill very quickly so it is imperative that you are pre-registered with us so that we are ready to present you for interview with prospective employers.

HomeOrganisers covers all of Surrey and much of SW London.

•Assistance with CV writing, interview technique and help to obtain DBS (incurs a charge)
•As an ANA member (Association of Nannies Agencies) we have access to discounts on Training courses, Nanny Insurance and first Aid Courses.
•We ensure that we place you in a position that fits with you and your needs.

We are looking for
•A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children
•Relevant childcare qualifications
•DBS certificate (we can help)
•First Aid Certification ( we can advise on suitable courses)
•Great references
•>Flexible and adaptable character with a positive disposition.

We take detailed client profiles and job specifications and speak with the families at length to make sure that we really understand the type of Applicant that they are looking for. When we have this information, we then take great care in matching, you, the Applicant with a suitable family.
