What we do

The first Fennies opened in 1992, we wanted to create a home for a home learning environment for children and a vibrant space for them to learn and grow. The enhancement of our spaces and teachings to support children's learning and development is all done internally with support from our Early Years Practitioners.

From a child's dedicated Key Person, Room Leaders, Deputies and Nursery Managers to our Housekeepers and Chefs, we are all proud to be part of the Fennies family and are committed to providing the highest quality Early Years care and learning.

We make sure that we recruit, develop and train inspiring people and have a bespoke and continuous programme of structured development, mentoring and training. Many of our Managers have been previously been Fennies Room Leaders and Deputies.
