ESG Recruitment specialise in placing Graduates and Second-Jobbers into London-based Recruitment companies as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. With over 15 years experience, we now work with more than 150 leading Recruitment firms in various sectors.
What makes us the true market leader in our field is our highly consultative approach. All our clients are visited regularly and every candidate we work with is invited to our City of London office where they meet the whole team they will be working with.
We place more candidates with our clients than anyone else, but most importantly our hit-rate is our true strength. In the last 12 months, over 90% of the candidates we opted to work with have been successfully placed in a top London Recruitment company.

Who you'll work with
ESG's Managing Director Richard Daniels has over 9 years of experience in the Recruitment sector and specialises in placing talented graduates in top-tier Recruitment firms.
Senior Consultants Harriet Bullough and Will Gornall both began their respective journeys at ESG as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. Both were personally trained by CEO Simon Taylor and MD Richard, and both are now thriving in their careers, with responsibility for their own clients and a high volume of candidate placements.
ESG's newest Junior Consultant, Alex Burford, recently joined the team and is currently in training with MD Richard.
