Role Overview This is a multi-faceted role with plenty of variety and all training will be given. You will act as a key point of contact for investors, managing inbound queries and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Alongside this, you will support investor communications through regular updates, reporting and engagement initiatives, ensuring a high-quality and consistent experience. A key part of the role will involve managing the onboarding process for new investors, including KYC and AML checks, documentation and allocations, as well as maintaining accurate records across CRM systems. You will also play an active role in capital raising efforts, supporting outbound engagement, campaign execution, preparation of marketing materials and investor events. You will also ensure the investment department is well administrated, tracking investor activity, including inflows, redemptions and pipeline, alongside producing internal reports to support strategic decision making. Investor Relations Associate

City + Capital are currently representing a growing and dynamic specialist property finance lender who are looking to appoint a Credit Manager or Senior Credit Manager to their London team. This is a hybrid role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bridging finance credit or underwriting professional to join a lender with a strong appetite across short-term secured lending, including regulated and unregulated bridging, refurbishment-led lending and more complex property-backed transactions. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing new lending enquiries, pulling apart proposals, preparing credit papers, informing credit committee and managing cases through to completion. The Company The company operates a hands-on and commercially focussed lending environment, where credit plays a central role in assessing risk, educating sales, shaping proposals and supporting the wider business in progressing suitable cases through to funding. This is not a vanilla lending environment. The lender works across varied case types, including refurbishment-led transactions and more complex scenarios that require strong credit judgement, detailed analysis and practical lending experience. You may expect to work on residential, semi or commercial loan applications. Due to continued activity and demand across the market, the business is now looking to strengthen its credit function with the appointment of an experienced Credit Manager / Senior Credit Manager. Role Overview You will be responsible for reviewing new lending enquiries introduced by the BDM team or that may land directly from property professionals, such as investors and developers. Throughout, you will take ownership of the credit assessment process. The role will involve assessing and testing lending proposals, challenging the information provided, carrying out the required investigations and preparing clear, robust credit papers. The successful candidate will then manually underwrite cases from initial proposal through to completion. You will work closely with BDMs and internal stakeholders to ensure cases are properly assessed, key risks are identified and appropriate lending decisions can be made. This is a role suited to someone who enjoys detailed analysis, sensible challenge and the opportunity to work on varied bridging finance cases from enquiry through to funds being released. They are seeking an experienced &amp; proactive secured mortgage broker to play an integral role in the launch and to assist with the growth and expansion of the department over time. Our client is already renowned for supporting property investors &amp; developers with access to other property finance products, such as development finance, structured finance, CRE, bridging finance &amp; BTL. As a result, they generate a high volume if inbound leads for secured mortgages also. Due to outstanding investment and ambitions to expand market and customer coverage, their launch into the secured mortgage market means exciting times ahead. Candidate Requirements The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially minded and quick to engage with opportunities. The ideal individual for this role must demonstrate experience in the 2nd charge mortgage market.
