Bell Cornwall Recruitment was set up by Charlotte Bell and Jeremy Cornwall in January 2007. Having accumulated twenty years of recruitment experience between them, both Directors’ intent was to provide a personal touch to the industry in which they had advanced their careers. Conscious of the gap in the market where transparency, ethics and good service to both Candidates and Clients faltered, BCR was formed.
