.NET Developer 

Avanti Recruitment is currently working with a software/hardware house who specialise in creating graphics and digital display solutions/products. Their products are used by some of the biggest companies in the world and they operate across 5 continents and have end users in more than 100 countries. We are currently recruiting for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join a squad of 13 developers working in an Agile environment. The company is based in Derby and the team works on a hybrid basis going in 2-3 days a week to the office. This role will involve creating supporting applications and new feature development for the display solutions, working hand in hand with a multidisciplinary team with a range of experience and skill sets. The company does 95% of its production of Software and Hardware in-house. This is a full stack position working with .NET 6, Angular 15, WPF and C# primarily. The company values technical progression with a dedicated training budget and drives to keep up with the latest technologies. Azure SRE - Fully remote (UK) - .NET skills required I’m working with a well-established SaaS software house to find a fully remote Azure SRE. Their DevOps automation processes and tooling have been built and managed by their Software Engineers over the last couple of years and they now want to hand this off to a new dedicated SRE team. Your role will focus on making their SaaS platforms as stable as possible for their blue-chip customers. We need someone who can dig into logs and spot issues before they become a problem, automating things that need automated and making recommendations to the Development team whilst building better monitoring and alerting systems for the future. You will troubleshoot issues and trace them back to source using tools like Application Insight Service to diagnose and investigate problems. You must be able to recognise an exception and stack-trace and identify whether it is an Azure source or something in their services / code. To do this you will need to understand service bus retry models, inter-service call methods, basic HTTP protocols and how databases operate. They are looking for an Azure SRE with C# .NET Coding skills - you won’t be writing production code but small auxiliary apps for automations such as portals to manage configuration data built using Blazer.
