About us

4Com was established in 1999 and is one of the fastest growing providers of telecommunication services in the UK. We’ve installed over 10,000 business phone systems across the UK and thanks to our growth we now employ over 300 people. Most of these work out of our Bournemouth Head Office, but we also have a large number of field based engineers and salespeople. One of our priorities here is how we value and treat our staff, which is probably why we’ve been named in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For, 4 years in a row – having placed 17th for 2016.
