Founded in 1997, 1st Technologies is a both a wholesale distributor and retailer of refurbished business class hardware specialising in Desktop PC's, Servers, Workstations and associated components from HP, Dell, Lenovo and other leading OEMs.

The company has grown rapidly on the back of strong multi-channel ecommerce growth (Bargain Hardware) and consistent trade and public sector sales (ICT-Direct) and we have customer presence on every major continent.

We have implemented several major projects which include our ISO certified management system, our Microsoft Dynamics ERP system and our integrated industry-leading eCommerce infrastructure. These projects have provided a solid foundation for continual improvement, further expansion and we have more exciting plans afoot so we remain at the forefront of what we do.

Our team is 60 strong, all currently based in its Ribble Valley headquarters, with a workforce drawn from 10 countries. Our growth is entirely self-funded and we maintain a positive financial outlook with a focus on developing our workplace community for the benefit of our employees and customers alike.

Our senior staff are highly experienced and willing to pass on their knowledge to help develop their colleagues and the company. We promote a friendly, informal working culture where company values are truly at the centre of what we do every day.
