We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a young entrepreneur and Founder of one of the luxury industry's most exciting emerging jewellery brands, whilst also assisting with the administration of his private investment office. This is a great opportunity to join a pioneering luxury business at the start of an exciting growth journey. Having recently launched an innovative concept that is redefining its market, the company has already gained significant momentum and is entering a period of rapid expansion, with new product launches, retail pop-ups, store openings, international opportunities and exciting commercial projects on the horizon. Supporting the Founder directly, you will become his trusted right-hand, helping to manage his busy day-to-day schedule, coordinate projects across multiple businesses and ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Whilst your primary focus will be the fast-growing luxury brand, you will also assist with the administration of the Founder's private investment office and support future business ventures as they develop. This role is ideal for someone early in their PA career who is eager to learn, take on genuine responsibility and grow alongside an ambitious founder. You'll be trusted from day one, gaining invaluable exposure to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where initiative, ownership and strong communication are genuinely valued. As the business continues to scale, so too will the opportunities for the successful candidate. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and solutions-focused, with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. Working hours are generally 11:00am-7:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a lot of &nbsp;flexibility required. This is a fully office-based position in Regent's Park. DUTIES TO INCLUDE: Providing comprehensive business and private PA support to the Founder. Managing a busy and ever-changing diary across multiple businesses and commitments. Organising UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries. Monitoring emails and correspondence, ensuring priorities are managed effectively. Assisting with personal administration, including banking, legal documentation, appointments and confidential matters. Providing administrative support to the Founder's private investment office. Acting as a key point of contact between the Founder and internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating projects across the business, ensuring actions are followed through and deadlines are met. Supporting retail activations, launches, events and wider business initiatives as required. Conducting research and preparing presentations, reports and business documentation. Helping to build and improve administrative systems and processes as the business continues to grow. Supporting future ventures and new business opportunities as they arise. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Previous experience within a Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar administrative role. Experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur or small business would be advantageous. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. A proactive mindset with the confidence to use initiative and take ownership. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment where priorities can change quickly. Professional, personable and able to handle confidential information with complete discretion. Positive, enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop. Strong IT and AI skills. Flexibility to support occasional out-of-hours requirements where necessary. Excellent, checkable references.

PA TO ENTREPRENEUR & FOUNDER OF EXCITING NEW JEWELLERY BRAND

EXPERIENCED HOUSEKEEPER REQUIRED FOR PRIVATE FAMILY IN TUNBRIDGE WELLS Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 per annum, DOE Contract: Full-time, Permanent Status: Live-out A lovely private family based in Tunbridge Wells are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly discreet Housekeeper to support the smooth day-to-day running of their well-maintained home. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a professional candidate who takes genuine pride in their work and is confident managing a household independently with minimal supervision. The household consists of two adults, one child currently at university, one child at boarding school, and a friendly Labrador. The family are looking for someone calm, organised, and unobtrusive, who can seamlessly integrate into the home while maintaining exceptionally high standards throughout. Responsibilities will include full housekeeping duties, laundry and wardrobe care, grocery shopping, household provisioning, running errands, and occasional meal preparation when required. The successful candidate will also oversee contractors, including cleaners, working at the property, ensuring the household remains organised and running efficiently at all times. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. A full UK driving licence is essential for the role, and while candidates with their own vehicle are preferred, a household vehicle can be provided if required. DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Full housekeeping duties including cleaning, tidying, and maintaining the home to a high standard • Laundry care including washing, ironing, wardrobe management, and arranging dry cleaning • Grocery shopping and maintaining household stock levels • Occasional meal preparation and light cooking • Running errands and household-related tasks • Monitoring and replenishing cleaning products and household supplies • Assisting with ad hoc care of the family Labrador • Managing and supervising contractors and service providers, including cleaners that come in once a week ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: • Proven experience within a similar private household role • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Ability to work independently and use initiative • Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy • Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude • Calm, professional, and unobtrusive manner • Comfortable around dogs • Full UK driving licence (essential) • Own car preferred, though a household vehicle can be provided • Right to work in the UK • Excellent checkable references
