123 Send was formed in 1999 to supply credit and debit card processing terminals to customers on a short-term hire basis. Since then, the business has grown significantly and now supplies over 10,000 Chip & Pin terminals to customers all over the UK.

The DNA Group
123 Send joined the DNA Payments Ltd (DNA) in 2019 and the group has ambitions to grow rapidly over the next 2-3 years.

DNA Payments is a new payments provider that has been created to help businesses of all sizes accept payments without breaking the bank. We have combined expertise from a number of existing, trusted companies to form an advanced group infrastructure that provides an intelligent payment ecosystem, everything from card readers to integrated payment solutions

DNA is a FinTech business (Financial Technology) and has built its own ecommerce gateway, processing platform and a simple on-boarding and reporting portal for customers. This new tech is being sold to customers of all sizes, from SME’s all the way up to large corporate businesses.

Along with 123 Send, the DNA group of companies includes Optomany, Zash, and Active Payments, a recent acquisition based in Manchester with over 2,500 retail customers.

The strategy is to build on the existing DNA technology platform to provide credit & debit card processing to customers in retail and hospitality. This is where the opportunity is for 123 Send.

Our Opportunity
We are looking to grow the 123 Send team to nurture and retain the existing 10,000+ customers and to sign an additional 2,500 new customers each year. We are growing our Customer Relationship Team, our New Business Sales Team and setting up a new Appointment Booking Team and a new Sales Support Team.
