This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is motivated, values-driven and committed to creating positive change for young people.The RoleAs a Youth Engagement Worker, you’ll play a key role in engaging young people and encouraging them to take part in a wide range of activities, support programmes and opportunities. Working from a modern, purpose-built youth facility, you’ll help create a safe, inclusive and inspiring environment where young people feel listened to, supported and empowered.This is a hands-on role that combines relationship-building, programme delivery and community engagement.
