We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team in Fazakerley.About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient individual to provide high-quality support to students with additional needs. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support, build positive relationships, and create a safe, engaging environment where students can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one and small-group support to students with varying needsAssist in delivering personalised learning activitiesHelp maintain a positive, structured learning environmentPromote emotional well-being, positive behaviour, and engagementWork collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionalsSupport pupils in managing challenges, transitions, and daily routinesAbout YouWe would love to hear from you if you have:Experience working with young people (youth work, mentoring, support work, or similar roles)A calm, patient, and understanding approachStrong communication skills and the ability to build trustA proactive attitude and willingness to be hands-onThe resilience to support young people with social, emotional, or behavioural needsA commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfareHours & Start DateFull-time, Monday to FridayImmediate start availableAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
