Media Sales Executive
We’re working with a leading digital publishing business with a strong portfolio across home, interiors and lifestyle content. Their brands span web, social and newsletters, serving highly engaged audiences from aspirational homeowners through to affluent renovation and design audiences.They’re looking for a commercially sharp Media Sales Executive/Digital Sales & Partnerships Executive to take ownership of digital revenue growth across native advertising, sponsored content, partnerships and affiliate channels.This is a performance-led role where you’ll be expected to actively build pipeline, convert new business, and grow existing accounts across brands and agencies.The role in detail:You’ll be responsible for driving revenue across established digital platforms, with a focus on monetising audience engagement through commercial partnerships.Key areas of responsibility include:Developing a deep understanding of the digital brands, their editorial positioning, and commercial propositionsIdentifying, developing and closing new partnership and revenue opportunitiesManaging and growing existing commercial relationships to maximise long-term revenueDelivering against individual and product revenue targets consistentlyDriving income through native advertising, sponsored content, affiliate and partnership modelsBuilding a strong pipeline of brands, agencies and direct advertisersActing as the main commercial contact for clients and ensuring a high-quality client experience throughoutContinuously improving commercial offerings through market research and awareness of digital trendsStaying across best practice in native, affiliate and performance-based monetisation strategiesWhat you’ll bringProven track record in digital media sales or partnerships, consistently delivering against revenue targetsStrong understanding of digital advertising models (CPM, CPC, CPA) and affiliate marketingExperience selling native advertising, content partnerships or integrated digital solutionsCommercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities proactivelyStrong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skillsConfidence working with senior stakeholders across brands and agenciesIdeally, an established network within digital media, agencies or brand-side marketing teamsWhat’s on offer£40,000 basic salary + uncapped commissionClear KPIs and structured development supportA collaborative, high-performance environment where contribution is visible and valuedOpportunity to work across strong, well-established digital brandsSupport for progression and skill developmentGenuine influence on commercial strategy and ideasSocial, energetic team culture with regular company eventsA culture that values ownership, pace and deliveryTo ApplyContact David or Adam at Greys Specialist Recruitment.
