The Role The Warehouse Site Manager will play a critical role in leading all activity across the Birmingham operation whilst working closely with the Group Operations Director. Position Summary As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our client’s warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will manage a team of Warehouse Operatives and be involved in every aspect of the warehouse operations, from receiving shipments to picking and packing orders. This role requires a hands-on approach, with 80% of your time spent on the warehouse floor and 20% handling office-based tasks. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. As a given, safety is also a massive responsibility.
