This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a variety of warehouse and logistics functions.Hours SUNDAY - THURSDAY 8.30AM - 17.30PM Key responsibilities will include:Supporting daily warehouse operations, including picking and packing, shipment processing, bagging, labelling, and general administrative/computer-based tasksCarrying out general warehouse duties across multiple sitesCollecting courier and cargo shipments from airport sheds (Full UK Driving Licence required)Completing general administration and filing tasks within warehouse environmentsLiaising effectively with other departments to maintain strong communication and workflowMaintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail at all timesEnsuring excellent housekeeping standards and strict adherence to health and safety proceduresPrioritising workloads to meet time-sensitive deadlinesWorking collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating a proactive and positive attitudeReporting all health and safety incidents, accidents, or near misses to the relevant line managerUndertaking forklift duties (training can be provided where required)Assisting with the general maintenance of vehicles and equipment, including cleanliness, inspections, and routine checksCarrying out ad hoc duties as required to support business needsEssential RequirementsPrevious experience within an import and export warehouse environmentFlexibility to work shift patternsFull UK Driving Licence (candidates must be over 25 for insurance purposes)Some experience completing export customs entriesIntermediate level computer skillsDesirable Skills & ExperienceA strong motivation for personal and professional developmentX-ray screener certificationForklift licence
