You will be spearheading their user research practice, to deliver actionable insights which will inform the end-to-end design of their products and services. Working together with product managers, designers, engineers, data specialists and other key stakeholders from across the business, you will play a leading role in bringing new products to market, while playing a key part in helping us to forge a top tier user-centred design culture.
