They are committed to supporting innovative projects and delivering impactful solutions through their technology department.DescriptionProvide advanced second- and third-line support for digital workplace technologiesInvestigate recurring incidents, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixesEnsure high service availability, reliability, and SLA performanceSupport and deliver workplace technology projects and M365 adoption initiativesManage operating system upgrades with minimal user disruptionImplement and support IAM, MFA, MAM and BYOD policiesConfigure and manage endpoint security, compliance and monitoringMaintain device backup, recovery and data protection solutionsManage end-user devices, assets, and workplace AV technologyDeliver enhanced VIP and executive-level IT supportCollaborate with stakeholders to evolve end-user services and improve DEXProfileA successful End User Support Engineer should have:Strong customer-focused IT support and troubleshooting experienceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, M365 and hybrid work environmentsExperience supporting IAM, MFA, MAM and BYOD solutionsFamiliarity with endpoint management and device complianceExperience using ITSM tools such as FreshDesk or ServiceNowUnderstanding of SaaS applications and enterprise systemsKnowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g. Cyber Essentials, ISO)Ability to analyse service data to drive continuous improvementStrong communication, stakeholder engagement and documentation skillsSelf-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple prioritiesJob OfferCompetitive daily rate between £250 and £400, paid in GBP.Opportunity to work with a small-sized organisation in the Not for Profit industryExposure to innovative projects within the technology department.Temporary position offering flexibility and valuable experience in a key role.If you are a motivated End User Support Engineer based in London and are ready to make an impact in the Not for profit sector, apply today!
