This is a varied role combining logistics coordination with general administrative support, ideal for someone highly organised with strong attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily logistics and transport operationsProcess orders, shipments, and delivery schedulesLiaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveriesTrack shipments and resolve any delivery or operational issuesPrepare logistics documentation including delivery notes and invoicesMaintain accurate records using internal systems (CRM/ERP)General Administration Duties:Provide day-to-day administrative support to the teamManage and update databases, systems, and recordsHandle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries professionallyPrepare reports, documents, and correspondenceSchedule meetings and support diary management where requiredMaintain organised filing systems (digital and paper-based)Support other departments with ad hoc administrative tasksAbout YouPrevious experience in logistics, Office administration, or a similar roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailConfident communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience using CRM or ERP systems is desirableAbility to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
