The team is responsible for providing shareholder servicing to Transfer Agency clients. The service offering is mainly digital and therefore the TA team manages exceptions and oversight of, Investor and Distributor trade processing, register maintenance, cash, cash reconciliations and client money, distributions, and reporting. The team also acts as a primary contact for Transfer Agency clients for queries and initiatives. The role holder is responsible for participating in the achievement of the daily tasks. These tasks could include the processing of trades, settling payments, completing reconciliations, and, responding to enquiries and complaints. The candidate may also have the opportunity to contribute to further enhancing the digital operating model, using their knowledge and experience. Responsibilities: Complete the daily workflow, ensuring tasks assigned are completed in line with procedures and controls, and within a timely mannerComply with internal Risk policies and escalate risks and issues accordinglyBuild trusted working relationships with the Transfer Agency clients serviced within the team and be involved in client meetings as requested by managerDelegate for team manager as requiredWork with the project team to assist in project work, including business readiness activities and testingAssist your manager in the on boarding of new clients and in the development of new products and initiatives for existing clients Requirements: Experience in a related Transfer Agency roleExperience of UKTA Regulatory Reporting requirements and submissions will be an advantageProven system development lifecycle skillsEffective analytic and presentation skillsEffective verbal and written skills We offer: We work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve. The individual will be responsible for the end to end service delivery from TA for a select number of clients. An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a well-established estate agency known for their proactive approach to lettings and tenant relations across the Edinburgh residential market.As a Property Manager, you will take full ownership of a residential property portfolio, managing tenancies, maintenance, compliance, and landlord and tenant relationships from start to finish.This full-time role offers benefits, a salary of £32,000 which can be increased for right candidates.
